Job Opening: Warehouse Associate

Now Hiring Warehouse Associates in McAllen!

Schedule: Monday- Friday, 8am-5pm

Pay: $15/hr. Paid weekly

Warehouse Associate Responsibilities:

• Load and unload trucks manually or using forklifts as assigned.
• Lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
• Sort, stack, and organize products in the warehouse.
• Assist with order picking and staging shipments.
• Perform general labor tasks such as sweeping, breaking down boxes, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness.
• Operate forklifts or other warehouse equipment
• Follow all safety procedures, including proper lifting techniques and equipment operation.
• Support warehouse team members and perform other tasks as required.

Warehouse Associate Requirements:

• Previous warehouse or general labor experience
• Experience operating sit down forklift.
• Ability to lift and carry at least 50 pounds regularly and work on your feet for extended periods.
• Willingness to perform physical labor in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to follow directions and work well in a team setting.
• Basic communication and organizational skills.
