Entry-Level Electrical Test Technician (Manufacturing)

This role is ideal for someone with a basic electrical background who enjoys hands-on manufacturing work and wants to grow their skills in electrical testing. You will support production by testing and verifying electrical components and systems to ensure quality, safety, and reliability.

Qualifications

• Basic electrical background through education or hands-on experience
• Ability to safely and accurately use a multimeter
• Understanding of electrical safety practices and willingness to follow safety procedures at all times
• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred

Key Responsibilities & Skills

• Perform electrical and functional testing on manufactured equipment
• Test switches, backup batteries, static transfer switches (STS), and uninterruptible power supplies (UPS)
• Work with electrical systems ranging from 208 to 480 volts
• Use multimeters and other test equipment to verify proper operation
• Read, understand, and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and safety guidelines
• Identify, troubleshoot, and report issues to support production flow
