Stand-Up Forklifts Needed in the East Side of El Paso

Shift: 8am – 5pm and/or 1pm – 10pm Monday – Friday – OT/Sat if needed

Pay Rate: $14/hr

Job Description:

· Obtains copy of production schedule or shipping order and transports material or equipment to and from designated areas in the facility

· Loading and unloading goods from vehicles such as trailers.

· Moving goods packed on pallets around the warehouse facility

· Stacking goods and following inventory control instructions.

· Checking loads are secure

· Stacking empty pallets

· Performing daily equipment checks

· Examining products to verify conformance to quality standard

· Operate the forklift standup

· Audit and verify incoming material

Job Requirements:

· Minimum of 6 months’ recent experience operating a standup forklift

· Ability to work standing long hours

· Ability to read, write and follow written and verbal instructions

· Ability to perform required functions with a minimum of direct supervision in task of routine

· Applies acquired knowledge and skills to complete standard tasks

· Readily learns and applies new information and methods to work in assigned area

· Maintains appropriate licenses, training and certifications

· Must be available for overtime if needed

· Must pay attention to detail

· Must read, write and understand Spanish
