Key Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing machinery and production equipment safely and efficiently
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company and customer specifications
• Follow work instructions, standard operating procedures, and safety guidelines
• Maintain accurate production and quality documentation
• Monitor equipment and report malfunctions or issues to leadership
• Assist with setup, changeovers, and basic preventative maintenance
• Maintain a clean and organized work area (5S standards)
• Work collaboratively with team members, supervisors, and quality staff
