ProLogistix is currently seeking Sewing Machine Operators to join a growing team in Bolingbrook, IL. These are temp-to-hire opportunities offering stable schedules, competitive pay, and great benefits.

Available Shifts

• Monday – Friday (must be flexible to work overtime based on production needs)
• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

Pay Rate

• $18–$19 per hour

Job Responsibilities

• Operate industrial sewing machines to produce parts
• Operate CNC cutting machines to cut materials
• Lift and move raw materials, finished goods, and packaged materials between conveyors, tables, and machines
• Create and print labels using the ERP system
• Clean, label, and package finished products
• Maintain accurate inventory by stocking materials in designated locations using an RF scanner
• Complete all required job paperwork accurately
• Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met and report defects to the production lead or quality team
• Communicate production, equipment, or material issues to supervisors and management
• Follow all emergency and safety procedures for assigned machines
• Perform all job duties in compliance with safety guidelines and company policies
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and maintain equipment as required
