Job Title: Customer Service Coordinator | Traffic Desk Clerk
Job Type: Full-Time Shift: Evening Shift | Monday–Friday | 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour

Job Summary

The Customer Service Coordinator provides operational and customer support for delivery and logistics activities. This role manages customer inquiries, resolves service issues, and supports order accuracy through effective communication, documentation, and coordination.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide customer and business partner support via phone and email
• Professionally handle customer complaints and service interruptions
• Identify, assess, and resolve order or delivery-related issues
• Monitor delivery routes and track progress to ensure service completion
• Scan haul-away pods and verify required stamps and documentation
• Process delivery order changes and cancellations accurately and timely
• Maintain accurate system records and follow established procedures

Required Qualifications

• Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work an evening schedule consistently

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of related experience, preferably in a call center, customer service, or logistics environment
• Strong customer service and conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to multitask with strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
