Job Type: Full-Time
Shift: Second Shift | Monday–Friday | 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM (or until work is complete)
Pay Rate: $18.50 per hour
Location: Livonia, MI
Hours per Week: 40 (Overtime and weekends as needed)

Job Summary

The Warehouse Worker supports value-added services and rework operations within a distribution center environment. This role involves unloading trailers, repackaging and relabeling products, staging freight, and performing quality control activities while following all safety and operational standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform rework and value-added services, including repackaging and relabeling products
• Load and unload inbound and outbound trailers
• Accurately stage, sort, and prepare products for shipment
• Sort and place products in racks or designated storage locations
• Electronically scan products using a warehouse management system
• Perform quality control checks and identify damaged or defective items
• Remove damaged products from inventory upon receipt
• Read and interpret production schedules, customer orders, work orders, and shipping documents
• Maintain accurate inventory and documentation records
• Follow all safety policies, procedures, and housekeeping standards

Required Qualifications

• Ability and willingness to work the required shift and schedule
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Proficient reading skills and attention to detail
• Ability to complete required documentation accurately
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as business needs require

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior warehouse or distribution center experience (not required)
• Experience unloading containers and sorting freight
• Flexibility to work in freezer, cold dock, and ambient warehouse environments
• Ability to work in non-climate-controlled conditions
