Job Description
We are seeking a Cherry Picker Operator to join our warehouse team. This role is responsible for safely operating a cherry picker to retrieve and stock products at various heights, fulfilling customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate a cherry picker, order picker, or stand-up lift to pull inventory from racking
- Pick, stage, and prepare orders for shipment
- Follow all safety procedures and OSHA guidelines
- Verify product quantities and quality
- Scan items using RF scanners or warehouse management systems
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous cherry picker or order picker experience required (or willing to train)
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely
- Comfortable working at heights
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet productivity goals
