Seasonal Production & Stand-Up Forklift Operators (Freezer Environment) – Doral, FL

Pay: $15–$17 per hour

Schedule: 2–3 week project, 12+ hours of overtime available

Shifts: Morning (7:00am – 7pm) or Night (7:00pm – 7:00am)

Environment: Freezer (cold storage)

We’re gearing up for the busy flower season in Doral and are hiring reliable, hard-working team members to join our production and logistics crew. This is a fast-paced seasonal project with excellent overtime opportunities.

• Stand-Up Forklift Operators (experience required)

Job Details

• Work inside a freezer environment for the duration of the project
• Assist with sorting, packing, staging, and preparing floral products
• Operate stand-up forklifts (for forklift roles) to move pallets and materials
• Maintain accuracy, speed, and safety in all tasks
• Expect long shifts and significant overtime during peak days

Requirements

• Ability to work in cold temperatures for extended periods
• Must be able to stand, lift, and move throughout the shift
• Forklift operators must have recent stand-up forklift experience
• Must be available for 2–3 weeks straight, including overtime
