Job Opening: Warehouse Team Lead

Location: Belleville, MI
Pay Rate: $20.00/hour
Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday–Friday
Overtime: Must be available Monday–Saturday between 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all team members and daily warehouse activities
• Participate in 8D report preparation when required
• Analyze operations and recommend improvements across all functional areas
• Ensure all product is accurately located physically and within the WMS
• Analyze, evaluate, and advise on inventory discrepancies
• Ensure proper training is provided to warehouse personnel
• Utilize KPI trends to identify and implement operational improvements
• Assist with cycle counts and resolve receiving/order discrepancies to ensure proper order closure
• Work hands-on in production cells and on the receiving dock as needed
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Required Skills & Experience

• Prior Team Lead (TL), Floor Lead (FL), and/or Warehouse (WH) experience required
• Strong multitasking, organizational, and prioritization skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate team members
• Ability to visually inspect products for damage or defects per documented processes
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Essential Physical Functions

• Ability to repetitively manually move up to 35 pounds, including pushing, pulling, and lifting below, at, or above waist level and overhead
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend English
• Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including steel-toe footwear
