Responsibilities:

• Remove deficient product as per established quality specifications from the grading lines.
• Report deficiencies to production manager, raw product or food safety & quality technician.
• Adhere to all food safety and health & safety regulations/policies while following CGMPs.
• Other duties as assigned by the production manager, raw product

Job Requirements:

• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Knowledge of proper safety skills
• Able to follow directions
• Attention to details
