Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM–4:30 PM

We’re hiring a Bilingual Customer Service / Entry-Level Sales Representative for a metal supply company!
This is primarily a customer service and order-processing position with some sales responsibilities. You’ll help customers find the right products, answer questions, and process orders.
What You’ll Do:
- Answer questions about products, pricing, and availability
- Process orders and prepare customer quotes
- Assist walk-in customers and handle phone and online orders
- Recommend products based on customer needs
- Enter information accurately into computer systems
- Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams
What We’re Looking For:
- Bilingual English/Spanish required
- 1+ year of customer service, retail, or sales experience
- Strong communication, computer, and basic math skills
- Friendly, organized, and detail-oriented
- Willingness to learn new products and systems
No metal industry experience required. Training provided!
Temp-to-Hire Opportunity: We’re looking for someone interested in long-term employment! Once hired directly by the company, employees become eligible for sales commissions.
