Shipping and Receiving Associate – $19/hr
Location: Easton, PA
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Overtime: Saturdays or Sunday (6:00 AM – 12:00 PM) and occasional weekdays

We’re seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Associate to join our warehouse team. This position plays a key role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of all incoming and outgoing shipments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against Bills of Lading, invoices, or other records

• Pull inventory and prepare items for shipment

• Label cartons, bundles, and skids accurately

• Generate packing slips and complete shipping documentation

• Secure shipments using containers, metal strapping, or tape

• Post weights/shipping charges and apply postage as needed

• Unpack, inspect, and document incoming shipments, including damages/shortages

• Route received materials to proper departments

• Ensure all outgoing shipments meet required specifications

• Operate forklifts and hand trucks to move materials and load trucks

• Maintain clean and organized loading dock area

• Requisition and track shipping supplies and materials

• Select carriers and prepare paperwork for both domestic and international shipments

Requirements:

• Frequently stand, walk, reach, handle items, and communicate

• Forklift experience 

• Occasionally sit

• Regularly lift/move up to 60 lbs and occasionally up to 100 lbs

• Ability to speak, read, and write English

• Steel toe shoes required

Industrial Maintenance Technician –

Rotating: Work 11 consecutive days, followed by 3 days off

2nd & 3rd Shift Easton, PA Schedule: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Monday – Friday) 3rd shift 10:00pm - 6:00am Pay Range: $25 – $32/hour (Based on experience)

Are you a skilled Maintenance Technician with strong mechanical and electrical experience in an industrial setting? We’re looking for a dedicated professional to join our team in Easton, PA on 2nd shift!

Responsibilities:

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair hydraulic, electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems
• Perform plant startup and shutdown procedures
• Read and interpret repair manuals and parts books
• Execute repairs properly, efficiently, and safely
• Perform and document Preventive Maintenance (PM) tasks per schedule
• Understand and safely operate all electrical and safety disconnects
• Maintain compliance with all safety and government regulations
• Work with outside vendors on equipment installations or repairs
• Immediately report any safety violations or concerns to the supervisor

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience in an industrial environment
• Strong reading, writing, and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to pass a mechanical and electrical certification test
• Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand, walk, and bend for at least 8 hours per day
• Ability to obtain a forklift license

Job Title: Extrusion Machine Operator
Location: Easton, PA

Schedule:

• Rotating: Work 11 consecutive days, followed by 3 days off

• Available Shifts:
  • 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM –  10:00 PM | $21.00/hour
  
  

•  3rd Shift:10:00pm - 6:00am $22.00/hr

Position Summary:

We are currently seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Extrusion Machine Operator for our overnight shift. This role involves setting up, operating, and maintaining extrusion equipment to ensure efficient and high-quality production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate extrusion machines per job specifications and safety guidelines

• Monitor operations for consistency in quality and output

• Adjust machine settings (speed, temperature, pressure) as needed

• Perform minor repairs and replace worn or broken parts

• Conduct routine quality inspections using calipers, micrometers, and gauges

• Record production data and maintain accurate shift logs

• Load raw materials and monitor material feed

• Follow all safety procedures and report any concerns to the Production Manager

• Identify, label, weigh, and dispose of scrap properly

• Clean and maintain machines and work areas for operational efficiency

• Collaborate with maintenance and quality control teams

• Follow all documentation and work instructions as part of the quality system

• Identify and resolve basic equipment malfunctions

• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Ability to work on your feet throughout the shift

• Forklift experience 

• Must wear steel toe shoes

• Ability to speak, read, and write English

• Prior experience with extrusion machinery preferred but not required
