Monday to Friday 7am to 3pm - $16/hour
Monday to Friday 3pm to 11pm - $17.25/hour
Sunday to Thursday 11pm to 7am - $18/hour

Industrial Maintenance Technician –
Rotating: Work 11 consecutive days, followed by 3 days off
2nd & 3rd Shift Easton, PA Schedule: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Monday – Friday) 3rd shift 10:00pm - 6:00am Pay Range: $25 – $32/hour (Based on experience)
Are you a skilled Maintenance Technician with strong mechanical and electrical experience in an industrial setting? We’re looking for a dedicated professional to join our team in Easton, PA on 2nd shift!
Responsibilities:
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair hydraulic, electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems
- Perform plant startup and shutdown procedures
- Read and interpret repair manuals and parts books
- Execute repairs properly, efficiently, and safely
- Perform and document Preventive Maintenance (PM) tasks per schedule
- Understand and safely operate all electrical and safety disconnects
- Maintain compliance with all safety and government regulations
- Work with outside vendors on equipment installations or repairs
- Immediately report any safety violations or concerns to the supervisor
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience in an industrial environment
- Strong reading, writing, and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to pass a mechanical and electrical certification test
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand, walk, and bend for at least 8 hours per day
- Ability to obtain a forklift license
