**MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH SETTING UP AND CHANGING TOOLS**

SHIFTS: 3:30PM-2:00AM (Monday-Thursday)

PAY: Starting at $22/HR + Depending on Experience

• Performs all duties and responsibilities with an emphasis on safety.
• Operate Turret truck
• Operates most sheet metal machines such as brakes, lasers, deburring machines, shears, notches and turret punching machines.
• Receives work orders and prints, and use shop calculations/math if necessary. Works from complex drawings, prints, templates and specifications.
• Use a variety of machines, hand tools, and measuring instruments to cut and form pieces to required dimensions.
• Performs highly diversified work involving close tolerances with a basic understanding of blank sizes and bend allowances. Uses precision measuring instruments to check for accuracy.
• Monitors machines at all times for proper operation.
• Works with close supervision in coordination with other team members and other departments in the company
• Keeps work area clean and orderly

Rental Yard Associate/Forklift Operator needed in Bloomington, MN

SHIFTS: 7:00am - 3:30pm (Monday-Friday)

PAY: $20.00/HR

• Operating electric and gas sit-down forklift
• Removes dirt, concrete, or other debris from rental equipment.
• Ensures all rental equipment is in good, useable condition before it goes out to the customer.
• Oils and lubricates all tools, equipment and tilt-up braces according to specifications before they go out for delivery.
• Prepares and stages rental orders to go out for delivery.
• Inspects all rental equipment for damage when it comes back from a customer.
• Reports any damage according to established procedure.
• Rental equipment returning process includes, engaging customers, take pictures, count equipment, clean equipment, and move to proper area.
• Cleans rental area and equipment on a regular basis.

Safety Coordinator needed in Bloomington, MN

SHIFTS: 2:00PM - 10:00PM (Monday-Friday)

PAY: $20.00/HR 

• Conduct audits and inspections on a routine basis to identify violations of all levels of safety regulations; including corporate, federal (OSHA), state and local.
• Remedy violations as they are identified by conducting on the spot re-training and issuing disciplinary actions such as suspensions and termination recommendations.
• Responsible for shutting down any production line, if necessary, where safety rule violations are occurring to correct violations; authorizes start-up of production line once corrected.
• Update established Safety Programs related to Federal, State and Local laws, regulations and safety codes as changes to such regulations occur.
• Conduct workplace safety orientation for new employees.
• Prepare contents for and conduct monthly safety meetings.
• Develop and conduct safety training sessions on an annual and as needed basis.
