Warehouse Associate (1st Shift)

Location: Arden Hills, MN Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM Pay Rate: $19.00/hour Position Type: Temp-to-Hire

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our warehouse operations team in Arden Hills, MN. This first-shift role is responsible for supporting daily warehouse activities, including receiving, inspecting, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, operating warehouse equipment, and ensuring products move efficiently throughout the facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment accurately and efficiently
• Load and unload trailers by hand or with warehouse equipment
• Inspect incoming and outgoing products for damage, quality, and accuracy
• Utilize RF scanners to track inventory and process orders
• Receive, store, and organize products within the warehouse
• Maintain accurate inventory records and follow established procedures
• Support the flow of products from receiving through shipping
• Perform general warehouse duties, including housekeeping and maintaining a clean work environment
• Follow all safety policies, procedures, and operational guidelines
• Assist with additional warehouse tasks as assigned

Job Requirements:

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Previous warehouse experience preferred
• Previous experience operating a Cherry Picker forklift required or strongly preferred
• Experience using RF scanners preferred
• Ability to perform standard warehouse functions safely and effectively
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Dependable work ethic with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours per shift
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull products as needed
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and move throughout the warehouse regularly

Pre-Employment Requirements

• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must be able to pass a drug screening
