starting pay varies per shift $20.30 up to $22.80hr.
JOB SUMMARY:
- The purpose of the Warehouse Associate is to accurately transfer, package, kit or assemble product and materials, both physically and logically, to fulfill orders, inventory, and load/unload trailers.
- Package, kit and/or assemble orders and materials.
- Load and unload inbound/outbound trailers. Ensure all scanning is completed correctly. Help train dock employees on new procedures.
- Ensure facility is secure at end of shift; investigate/resolve scanning issues and housekeeping. Perform picking and packing duties.
- Check quality of product or container damage
- Perform the assigned tasks as described in the location's policies and procedures standards to include handling of materials within associated logical transactions.
- Participate in work group and other team activities for the purpose of self improvement and improving warehouse operations and related business functions
- Perform housekeeping duties for assigned area.

- DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The Customer Service Representative performs to the following tasks:
- Control and authority over all aspects of inventory and order management
- Handle all crisis resolutions
- Manage inventory control and quality assurance for customer products
- Direct control over traffic, IT and operational processes that affect a positive outcome in the area of customer service
- Provide timely feedback to customers regarding service failures or any other concerns
- Exercise discretion in inventory situations to ensure orders are shipped complete
- Directs workflow of orders to Traffic and Operations Departments for timely shipment
- Address all customer issues and ensure effective and long-term problem resolution
- Make decisions and dictate to Operations what priorities are and flow of work to be accomplished
- Other duties as assigned.
