Responsibilities:

Inspect incoming and outgoing materials and seafood products.

Cut fish, seafood product, pack it and load and unload.
Sort and store materials according to inventory procedures.

Select, pack, and ship products. Process shipments and returned merchandise.

Perform inventory counts and replenish stock as needed.

 Electronic test technician Qualifications and job duties:

• AA degree in mechatronics or relevant field with 2 years experience in electrical, mechanical or software troubleshooting
• Experience with production assembly, instrument system analysis, and instrument specific testing.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing
• Performs a wide variety of assigned tasks ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations on electronic and/or mechanical assemblies and sub assemblies such as modules, boards, panels, drawers, frames, and cables
• Performs basic electrical, mechanical or software troubleshooting to determine problems in non-functioning test equipment.
• Provides solutions as needed based on pass/fail criteria of instrument performance.
• Determines and/or follows methods and sequence of operations in performing wiring, component installation, hand soldering, cable harnessing, and fitting on assembly units
• Works from diagrams and drawings, makes initial layouts, and uses hand and/or power tools, jigs, and saws
• Conducts quality inspections on processing line in accordance with quality specifications
• Disassembles, modifies, reworks, reassembles, and tests experimental or prototype assemblies and sub assemblies according to specifications and under simulated conditions
• Makes setups and adjustments holding tolerances to blueprint specifications
• Identifies, troubleshoots, and resolves complex issues associated with instrument assembly operations

Shifts and pay available:

5:45pm -6:00am. Monday to Wednesday one week, then next week Monday to Thursday. $17.85/hr

6:00pm - 6:00am. Friday to Sunday. $18.87/hr

Machine Operator/PACKING Operator Job Duties:

• Performs routine set up, operation, minor routine maintenance, preventative maintenance (PM) and troubleshooting.
• Controls and adjusts machine settings.
• Inspects in-process parts to ensure consistent quality and removes defective product, packaging, and component material.
• Checks work using prescribed gauges, jigs and fixtures to measure close tolerances. May monitor quality in accordance with statistical process or other control procedures.
• Ensures accurate documentation of all relevant quality, safety, and maintenance documents. 
• automated machine processes and controls to perform routine assembly-line production functions of filling, packing, assembling, labeling and inspecting.
• Basic proficiency with PCs (Personal Computers) and basic use of a Windows environment is required.
• Assist with inventory counting activities as required.
