* Logistics Customer Service Representative*

Job description We are looking for an administrative professional to join our team logistics team Baytown and Pasadena.

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR) you will work closely with multiple internal and external parties to ensure timely execution of customer requests. Strong communication and customer service excellence are key skills required for this position.

Responsibilities:

· Responsible for processing orders for assigned customer

· Provide accurate and timely communication to customers

· Daily follow up on open orders

· Monitor delays, interruptions and rush orders and adjust accordingly to meet deadlines

· Follow up on export and packaging planning schedule to ensure customer products are processed within the lead time requested

· Problem solving of ad hoc internal and external issues

· Improving efficiency of processes from a quality, cost and timing perspective

· Participating to prepare KPI’s and stock analysis

· Act as a backup for colleagues when needed

· Keep close and transparent communication with all teams on daily basis

· Active participation in weekly internal and external meetings

· Participate in any training required

· Adhere to all client work and safety rules

Additional job skills:

- Logistic experience (2 years minimum) - Excel knowledge - Live near around 40 minutes from the facility. - Proactive - SAP knowledge and EDI; Electronic Data Interchange

• Arrive early to gather instructions and information from the previous shift and prepare yourself for the day.

• Hold a start-up meeting at the beginning of the shift to update your team (5 to 20 employees) on the latest news, remind them of the rules, and delegate tasks. This is essential for a productive shift.

• Be present on the floor to follow up on employees' work, ensure they are on task, and provide support with any issues.

• Be prepared to train new employees and regularly follow up on their progress.

• Lead by example.

• Monitor team productivity regularly and take action if needed. 

• Conduct daily one-on-one talks with team members to discuss their performance.

• Update and maintain Excel files; strong Excel skills are required for tracking performance and shipments.

• Monitor the status of received and to-be-shipped goods in the system to ensure smooth operations.

• Be proactive in identifying and implementing improvements to workflows. Warehouse needs to be clean and everything needs to be on the correct spot.

• Maintain clear communication with both your team and superiors.

• Motivate your team and provide recognition for good work.

• At the end of the shift, review and discuss the flow and challenges of the shift.

• Be open to receiving constructive criticism and use it as an opportunity to improve both your leadership and team performance.

Schedule: 8am-5pm Monday-Friday. Saturday when business requires

Forklift Operator in NW Baytown!

Forklift operators will be responsible for safely operating forklifts to move, load, and unload materials in the warehouse.

They ensure proper stacking, organization, and handling of goods while adhering to safety protocols.

There also will be some cross training involved , like palletizing and lifting materials around 40-50lbs .

Will be required to shrink wrap the pallets when needed.

Seeking at least one year of experience. Schedule: Monday to Friday. Sundays when required.

One opening for forklift operators.

Experienced Shipping & Receiving Forklift and Reach Truck Operators needed in Baytown!

Job Specifics: Skilled worker with a thorough knowledge of procedures and processes associated with supply, storage, and distribution functions in a fast-paced environment. The candidate will be responsible for inbound orders, outbound orders, inventory management, storage and accurate documentation of packaged material from a conveyor line.

Experience Requirements:

Must have at least one year of forklift or reach truck experience in shipping & receiving warehouse environment.

Job duties:

• Take packaged material from line to container

• Inspect container before loading

• Transfer heavy material to production line when needed

• Ensure all dock operations are performed in a safe matter

• Maintain a clean and organized work area and equipment

• Occasionally assist the production line with special projects

• Inspect equipment daily and frequently

Pay rate: $16.50/hr. - Forklift

Pay Rate $17.00/hr - Reach Truck

Schedule: Monday-Friday (need to be available for weekends when required). Monthly rotating shifts 7:00am-7:00pm; 7:00pm - 7:00am.
