Temp to Hire position! 

Shift Schedule: Tuesday- Saturday 2pm-10pm (Sat morning shift hours) Must be available to work over time when needed.

Base Pay: $23.50/hour

Job Description: 

• Track and and receive inbound HUB orders by verifying PO# and appointment time against the daily shipping/receiving schedule.
• Verify seal number that is listed on inbound paperwork matches what is physically on trailer.
• Check inbound trailer into dock door and print necessary paperwork to accompany trailer to the receiving dock.
• Allocate outbound shipments, bump up picking priority, and check order validation in WMS for possible stock-out situations.
• Print BOL’s on all completed outbound loads and present to driver to sign along with the seal verification form.
• Process any inventory cuts or add-ons made by Customer Service to the outbound shipments through Red Prairie. After issuing a Sales Revision (SR), allocate product, and cancel any unneeded replenishments.
• Investigate stock-outs on outbound shipments and email Customer Service with any shorts or cuts that are needed on a particular load.
• Communicate to internal shareholders via e-mail and phone and provide outstanding customer service for any inquiries.
• Verify load delivering or shipping, create trailer and schedule appointment according to carrier’s request and warehouse guidelines.
• Make new delivery/shipping appointments and process changes to existing appointments as requested by the carrier.
• Setup internal transfer orders.
• Troubleshoot outbound trailers that will not close for shipping.

Weekly pay and benefits!

Shift Hours: 12 hour shifts
1ST SHIFT 6am - 6:30pm
2ND SHIFT 6pm- 6:30am

Pay Rate: $17.25- $17.75/ Per Hour 

Duties include:

• Follow all safety and quality procedures
• General manual work
• Unstacking/stacking and corrugate
• Placing bags into boxes
• Cut straps and plastic
• Cleaning and / or re-working bottles and labels
• Line quality inspection
• Adding additional items to bottles/ boxes i.e. stickers, ribbons, designs etc.
• Perform all responsibilities in compliance with safety, sanitation, quality and housekeeping rules.
• Clean machinery to maintain optimum machine performance. This may include using tools to: scrape, wipe, sweep, squeegee.
• Repair substandard packages. This may include relabeling bottles, restacking boxes on pallet.
• Loading equipment with packaging supplies. This may include lifting overhead, regularly lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Moving and dumping garbage and recycling containers.  This may include lifting up to 100 lbs.
• Follow Good Manufacturing Procedures (GMP), perform tasks per the Master Sanitation Schedule (MSS) and follow general housekeeping guidelines and rules for Food Safety Regulations. Keep area updated with 5S.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
