Position Summary

We are currently seeking reliable and motivated Production Workers/Machine Operators to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate and monitor thermoforming machines, trim excess product, inspect quality, and assist with various production tasks. Essential Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor thermoforming machines to ensure efficient production.
• Trim excess material from finished products according to specifications.
• Inspect products for quality and report any defects or production issues.
• Follow production schedules, work instructions, and safety procedures.
• Package, label, and prepare finished products as needed.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe.
• Assist with machine setup, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting.
