• Support and maintain the company's food safety and quality programs.• Conduct daily and routine GMP, food safety, sanitation, and facility inspections.• Monitor food safety records, logs, and verification activities to ensure they are completed accurately and on time.• Assist with HACCP, Preventive Controls, Food Defense, Food Safety, and Sanitation programs.• Monitor temperature control and cold-chain requirements.• Verify proper product handling, storage, labeling, traceability, and segregation of organic and conventional products.• Assist with mock recalls and traceability exercises.• Conduct and/or assist with employee food safety and GMP training.• Follow up on corrective actions and verify completion.• Maintain food safety documentation and audit records.• Assist with preparation for PrimusGFS, organic, customer, and regulatory audits.• Support regulatory and customer compliance requirements.• Identify potential food safety issues and communicate concerns to Management.• Promote a strong food safety culture throughout the facility.• Perform other food safety and quality-related duties as assigned.
