Job Requirements:

Senior Machine Operator Job Description:

• Set up, operate, and perform routine maintenance on production equipment
• Troubleshoot and resolve process and quality issues independently 
• Conduct regular quality checks and ensure compliance with company safety standards
• Collaborate with engineering, QA, and production teams to improve efficiency and resolve operational challenges
• Follow and enhance standards operating procedures
• Mentor and train junior operators, providing technical guidance and knowledge-sharing without direct supervisory responsibilities
• Maintain accurate documentation of production, quality, and maintenance activities 

Senior Machine Operator Qualifications: 

• Requires minimum of 5+ years of hands-on manufacturing experience in machine operation
• Requires proficiency in operating and troubleshooting complex machinery; technical training or certification is a plus
• Strong critical thinking and independent decision-making skills 
• 3+ years at previous employer is required
• Proven record of consistent, high quality production
• Team-oriented with ability to mentor and guide others
• High school diploma or FED required
