Shifts:

• 1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 6am - 2pm
• 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday, 2pm - 10pm
• 3rd Shift: Sunday - Thurs, 10pm - 6am

Pay:

• $18/hour on 1st 
• Shift Differentials: +$0.50/hr on 2nd shift, +$1.00/hr on 3rd

Job Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up assigned machines at the start of each shift
• Monitor machine operations closely to ensure
  • Fiberglass remains intact
  • Sewing machines are stitching properly
  • Materials are folded correctly
• Operate and monitor a resin dipping machine
• Check foil material levels and replace when needed
• Ensure liners are folded correctly as they exit the resin machine
• Feed raw materials into machines
• Troubleshoot minor issues and support major repairs
• Perform packaging tasks as needed
• Complete required production and quality documentation 

Qualifications:

• 3+ years at previous employer REQUIRED
• Longevity in work history is REQUIRED
• Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience is preferred
• Basic computer skills
• Textile industry experience is plus 
• Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn
• Reliable, safety-focused, and ready to grow with the company
