Schedule: 2nd shift : Tuesday–Saturday, 3:30 PM-12:00am
Pay Rate: $20.76 per hour

Job Description

• Must have current ProLogistix forklift certification to receive a job offer

• Perform case picking using an RF scanner

• Operate a stand-up forklift (certification must be within the last 2 years and used consistently)

• Consolidate pallets

• Unload trucks using a forklift

• Put away pallets and stage finished products

• Perform inventory count backs

• Audit completed orders prior to shipping

• Pull full pallet and partial pallet orders

• Lift 35–50 lbs as required

• Remain flexible and assist with various tasks as needed

• Position is not 100% forklift operation; manual labor is required

• Ability to stand, bend, push, pull, and lift for 8+ hours

Job Summary

The Working Lead is responsible for leading a team while actively performing day-to-day operational tasks. This role ensures productivity, quality, and safety standards are met while providing hands-on leadership and support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform job duties alongside team members to meet daily productivity and quality goals

• Ensure tasks are completed in accordance with procedures, standards, and deadlines

Job Title: Material Handler – 1st Shift

Shift: 1st Shift | 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Monday-Friday (Saturdays as needed)

Job Summary

Under the direction of the Logistics Supervisor, the Material Handler is responsible for performing a variety of warehouse functions. These duties may include loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting, while meeting performance and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse functions, including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting (35%)

• Perform all duties in accordance with contract performance measurement guidelines (25%)

• Accurately pick, pack, audit, induct totes, stage products, and load/unload trucks (20%)

• Complete daily warehouse paperwork, including picking sheets, returns, and bills of lading (10%)

• Provide technical and basic maintenance support related to the automated packing system during core production hours (10%)

Additional Responsibilities

• Maintain a basic level of knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements, if applicable to the site
