Turret Truck Operator – Raymond “Man-Up”

2nd Shift | 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM

Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Turret Truck Operator to join our warehouse team on 2nd shift. This role operates a Raymond “man-up” turret truck and is primarily focused on order picking, not just pallet movement. The ideal candidate is comfortable working at heights, handling individual units, and actively participating in the full picking process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate a Raymond “man-up” turret truck safely and efficiently
  • Perform order picking at various rack heights
  • Handle individual units, cases, and products as required by orders
  • Accurately pick, scan, and stage product according to order requirements
  • Maintain productivity and accuracy standards
  • Inspect equipment daily and report any safety or mechanical issues
  • Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company policies
  • Assist with other warehouse duties as needed

Work Schedule

  • 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
  • Overtime as required

Work Environment

  • Fast-paced warehouse setting
  • Standing, climbing, lifting, and operating powered industrial equipment required

Job Requirements:

Qualifications

  • Prior experience operating a turret truck / man-up forklift preferred
  • Ability to pick orders—not just move pallet loads
  • Comfortable working at heights for extended periods of time
  • Ability to lift, carry, and handle product regularly
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Dependable attendance and ability to work the full 2nd shift schedule
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Forklift certification or willingness to become certified (if applicable)
