Job Title: Material Handler – 1st Shift

Shift: 1st Shift | 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Monday-Friday (Saturdays as needed)

Pay Rate:$18.60/hr

Job Summary

Under the direction of the Logistics Supervisor, the Material Handler is responsible for performing a variety of warehouse functions. These duties may include loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting, while meeting performance and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse functions, including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting (35%)

• Perform all duties in accordance with contract performance measurement guidelines (25%)

• Accurately pick, pack, audit, induct totes, stage products, and load/unload trucks (20%)

• Complete daily warehouse paperwork, including picking sheets, returns, and bills of lading (10%)

• Provide technical and basic maintenance support related to the automated packing system during core production hours (10%)

Additional Responsibilities

• Maintain a basic level of knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements, if applicable to the site

• Adhere to all performance, safety, and quality standards

Position Overview:
We are seeking reliable and safety-focused Stand-Up Reach Truck and Stand-Up Forklift Operators (Crown equipment) to support warehouse operations on our weekend shifts. Successful candidates will be flexible, dependable, and committed to maintaining excellent attendance and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate stand-up reach trucks and stand-up forklifts (Crown) safely and efficiently

• Perform loading, unloading, put-away, replenishment, case picking, and full pallet picking

• Adapt to a variety of warehouse and material-handling tasks as operational needs shift

• Maintain a strong focus on safety protocols at all times

• Support a clean, organized, and productive warehouse environment

Requirements:

• Experience operating a stand-up reach truck or stand-up forklift (Crown preferred)

Job Title: Mid-Shift Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Mid-Shift CSR to support warehouse operations. This role functions as the “air traffic controller” of the site—coordinating workflow, communicating with drivers, and ensuring smooth, accurate processes throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Print and distribute pick tickets to warehouse staff

• Check in drivers and direct them to the correct dock doors

• Notify LTOs when trucks are ready for loading

• Check out drivers upon completion

• Maintain calm and composed communication in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Friendly, professional demeanor

• Ability to remain even-keeled and organized during busy or chaotic periods

• Warehouse or logistics experience is a plus

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
