• Monday: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
• Tuesday: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
• Wednesday: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
• Thursday: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM
• Friday: Off
• Saturday: Off
• Sunday: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

 Overtime: Available based on business needs

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Shipping & Receiving Clerk to support warehouse operations on 2nd shift.

Responsibilities

• Process shipping and receiving documentation, including Bills of Lading (BOLs), orders, and inventory records
• Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to track inventory and warehouse activities
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
• Assist with tracking, reporting, and recordkeeping
• Communicate effectively with warehouse personnel, carriers, and customers
• Maintain organized documentation and filing systems
• Support daily warehouse operations while meeting productivity and accuracy standards
• Experience required using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
• Ability to process shipping and receiving paperwork accurately
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Missing paperwork and shipping documentation
• Manage Late shipments and delivery delays

Forklift Operator – Stand-Up Reach (2nd Shift)

 Location: Chicago, IL

 Shift: 2nd Shift

·       Monday–Friday or Tuesday–Saturday

·       3:30 PM – 12:00 AM

Pay Rate: $20.76/hour

Position Summary

We are seeking dependable, safety-focused, and motivated Forklift Operators to join our 2nd Shift warehouse team in Chicago. This role is essential to daily warehouse operations and includes forklift operation, case picking, pallet consolidation, and shipping/receiving activities.

Responsibilities

·       Operate a Stand-Up Dock Truck/Reach Truck for case picking

·       Use RF scanners to accurately pick and track inventory

·       Consolidate and stage pallets for shipment

·       Build pallets, and stage

·       Load and unload trailers using warehouse equipment

·       Complete required client forklift training and certification processes

·       Follow all safety procedures, including always wearing steel-toe boots

·       Lift and move products weighing 35–50 lbs as needed

·       Perform physical activities including standing, walking, bending, pushing, pulling, and lifting throughout the shift

·       Assist in other warehouse departments based on operational needs

·       Strong attendance record and reliable punctuality

·       Previous experience operating a Stand-Up Dock Truck (Raymond equipment preferred)

·       Ability to work independently and in a team environment

·       Positive attitude and willingness to learn
