2nd Shift Reach Truck / Forklift Operator

Location: Chicago Heights, IL 
Shift: 2nd Shift, Monday-Friday
Hours: 4:30 PM - 1:00 AM

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Reach Truck / Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating material handling equipment (MHE), using RF scanners, and working in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience operating warehouse equipment (MHE)
  • Reach truck experience
  • RF scanner experience
  • Ability to work 2nd shift schedule
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

Preferred Qualifications

  • Stand-up forklift experience
  • Case picking experience

Essential Job Duties

  • Operate reach trucks, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment safely
  • Pick, pack, ship, and receive products accurately
  • Load and unload trucks
  • Perform cycle counts and inventory checks
  • Use RF scanners to process orders and inventory transactions
  • Audit, stage, and prepare products for shipment
  • Complete warehouse paperwork, including pick sheets, returns, and bills of lading
  • Support automated packing systems during production hours
  • Follow all productivity, quality, and safety standards
  • Maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) when applicable
  • Perform other duties as assigned

  • Forklift and reach truck operation
  • RF scanner proficiency
  • Inventory control experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
