Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Gather and review necessary documentation for liquid plant and refinery cargoes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Prepare and submit data for customs clearance, particularly for molasses pipes, ensuring all information is accurate and timely.
• Update USDA documents regularly to maintain compliance with industry regulations.
• Oversee logistics for molasses and bulk customers, ensuring efficient and timely handling of shipments.
• Communicate and coordinate with carriers to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries for liquid plant shipments.
• Upload and manage freight charges for liquid plant, molasses, and bulk cargoes, ensuring accurate data input.
• Address SAP issues related to the input of freight charges, ensuring accuracy in monthly financial summaries.
• Upload tanker wash information and perform quality checks to ensure all loading equipment and tanks are clean and compliant.
• Provide assistance to supervisors during after-hours incidents, such as invoice errors or access issues.
• Assist in ship unloading operations and manage molasses pipe crossovers during weekends.
• Follow up on loads and coordinate communications with clients and carriers, especially during after-hours shifts.
• Monitor ongoing operational issues, providing solutions to maintain workflow and efficiency.
• Serve as a primary contact for liquid plant, molasses, and refinery customers, addressing concerns and inquiries promptly.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Preferred Education and/or Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management and/or equivalent education or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in related field.

Computer Skills:

• Computer proficiency Microsoft Office 365 suite

Education and/or Experience:

? Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineer, Mechatronic Engineer, Electromechanical Engineer and Mechanical Engineer. And/or equivalent education or related field

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure that the product complies with the declared weight and meets packaging quality standards.
• Ensure that the Critical Control Point (CCP) works properly and avoid metal contamination in products.
• Ensure that the metal detector system (PCC #2) is functioning effectively, and to confirm team confidence in its operation.
• Detect any deviations in the process and ensure that the product meets the required specifications for visual quality.
• Ensure that all staff comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) procedures and proper hand-washing protocols to avoid product contamination by staff.
• Reflect the problem clearly in the work order format and request corrective maintenance to avoid equipment malfunction and downtime.
• Report verbal or written deviations in the process to avoid contamination of the product and suggest improvements to prevent recurrence.
• Perform glass inspections and record findings. In case of a deviation, report it to Production and Quality Management. The goal is to avoid product contamination due to broken or damaged glass.
• Monitor the presence of pests and conditions for their development within plant facilities. Implement practices to prevent pests from entering the facility, ensuring a pest-free product and food safety.
• In line with the Glass, Ceramics, Brittle Plastic, and Wood Policies, ensure that the process area is free from these materials to prevent contamination of the product with foreign matter.
• Disinfect conveyors, weight verification areas, and work maintenance tables to prevent microbiological contamination and maintain a safe production environment.
• Prevent the sale of products that do not meet specifications, avoiding customer complaints and potential harm to consumers.
•  Lead the sanitation efforts in Zones 1, 2, 3, and 4, ensuring thorough cleaning and disinfecting to prevent microbiological contamination.
• Monitor and manage the usage of chemicals or cleaning products to ensure there is no shortage of supplies and that cleaning procedures are followed properly to maintain a hygienic environment.

Job Summary:

Join metal components using various welding techniques, ensuring the quality and accuracy of welds, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment. This also includes interpreting blueprints, preparing materials, operating welding equipment, and adhering to safety regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Possess the ability to speak, read, and write in English.
• 3 years of Experience as a welder in a fabrication manufacturing or structural environment.
• Sanitary welding
• Clamp, hold Clamp, hold, tack-weld, heat-bend, grind and/or bolt component parts to obtain required configurations and positions for welding.
• Maintains weld machines using preventative maintenance methods
• Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment
• Monitor the fitting, burning, and welding processes to avoid overheating of parts or warping, shrinking, distortion, or expansion of material
• Lay out, position, align, and secure parts and assemblies prior to assembly, using straightedges, combination squares, calipers, and rulers
• Weld pipe by method of tungsten in welding (TIG).
• Ability to maintain dimensions and tolerances to specifications. Ability to weld dissimilar metals. Ability to weld parts and structures that vary in size, shape and thickness.
• Knowledge of a wide range of welding principles, processes, and difficult techniques requiring complete penetration and fusion of base and filler metals

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 12 months relevant TIG welding experience
