Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Include the following. Other duties will likely be assigned.

? Possess the ABILITY to perform a variety of duties

? Use a variety of hand and power tools, electrical and material handling equipment.

? Execute preventative maintenance programs on equipment and track orders

? Avoid prolonged shutdowns for corrective maintenance and operation

? Support the control of the budget of materials and spare parts

? Support process improvement to achieve lower production cost (improves maintenance efficiency)

? Comply with the policies and procedures established for the department and the company

? Knowledge of Machinery with automated control systems

? Knowledge of good manufacturing practices and manufacturing process

? Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.

? Performs related duties as assigned

Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty

Preferred Education and/or Experience:

? Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineer, Mechatronic Engineer, Electromechanical

Engineer and Mechanical Engineer.and/or equivalent education or related field

? At least 3 years of experience in a maintenance position or related field.

Skills

? Customer Service Skills

? Proficiency in Google work space, particularly forms, Excel, and drive

? AutoCAD, PLC, Solid works

? HACCP knowledge

? Knowledge and handling of scales

? Knowledge and handling of Metal detector

? Must demonstrate integrity, honesty, professionalism and commitment

? Must be extremely motivated and willing to learn

? Strong Technical and analytical skills

? Strong attention to detail with great organization skills

? Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

? Ability to work with multiple departments and different staff

? Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

? Ability to think, prioritize and work independently as well as in a team environment

Language

? Excellent verbal and written Communication skills in English and Spanish (Required)

Travel

? Some travel is required
