Schedule: 6a-4:30p M-F

Role Overview:

As an Order Packer, you’ll be the final touch before customers receive their goods—clothing, cosmetics, shoes, and more. We’re looking for candidates who are detail-oriented, hardworking, and ready to move! You’ll ensure each order is packed with care and precision, keeping customer satisfaction and company profitability top of mind.

Key Responsibilities:

• Select proper box size and packaging materials
• Build boxes and package items to customer specs
• Confirm correct color, size, and quantity of items
• Add any required extras (catalogs, promotional inserts, etc.)
• Wrap goods neatly and prep for shipment
• Seal packages securely with tape gun
• Use a scanner to verify orders (Verifier positions only)
• Maintain packaging equipment and work area
• Track daily output and packaging data using company software

 Physical Demands:

• Frequent lifting (2.5–30 lbs.; up to 50 lbs. occasionally)
• Regular bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling
• Standing/walking up to 10 hours per shift
• Handling boxes on conveyor belts, waist-level or below

Software Experience (a plus but not required):

• Microsoft Dynamics AX
• Kewill’s Flagship shipping software
• Controller System

 Dress Code:

• Closed-toe shoes required
• Comfortable attire suitable for warehouse environment
