Responsibilities

• Perform general labor duties in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
• Load, unload, move, and organize materials and products
• Assist with assembly, packaging, labeling, and inspection of products
• Operate basic hand tools and production equipment as trained
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
• Follow company safety policies and procedures at all times

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or general labor experience is a plus, but not required

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions

Production Line Lead

Job Type: Full-Time

We are seeking an experienced Production Line Lead to oversee daily manufacturing operations in a fast-paced, regulated production environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and motivate production team members to achieve daily production targets.
• Ensure all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company policies are followed.
• Coordinate staffing, workflow, line setups, and changeovers to maximize efficiency.
• Monitor productivity, quality, inventory usage, and documentation accuracy.
• Collaborate with Supervisors, Technicians, Engineering, and Warehouse teams to resolve production issues.
• Maintain compliance with quality standards, GMP requirements, and customer specifications.
• Support Lean Manufacturing and 5S initiatives to reduce waste and improve processes.
• Track production data, maintain system records, and ensure material traceability.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and employee development.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of manufacturing, production, or leadership experience.
• Previous team lead, supervisor, or project leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office; ERP or production management systems experience is a plus.
• cGMP, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.

Pay

• Starting pay: $17.50 per hour - $18.00

Schedule

• Monday through Friday:
  • 1st Shift 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
  • 2nd Shift 3:00PM -11:30PM
• Weekend work may be required based on business needs

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while meeting productivity goals
• Ensure all orders are processed with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed

Work Environment
