Job duties: Conduct audits on outgoing orders

Attention to detail, must ensure pick orders are accurate and free of damage. ensuring that all counts and items are correct labeling and stops are in sequence.

Ability to work within set time frames.

Ability to operate ride on pallet jack.

Must be able to lift cases up to 60 pounds.

RF and/or Voice selecting experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities
Sort all mail by sort area requirements.
Meet sorting production standards.
Inspect each piece of mail to ensure the indicia are affixed correctly and the zip code of the indicia matches the address zip code.
Maintain cleanliness of work area.

EDI Clerk  / Account Receivable position

• Monday – Friday   8:00 am – 5:00 pm
• Pay Rate $18 – $20 DOE

• Focus is on EDI customers – Walmart, Stater Brothers, Jetro, DPI, and Target  
• Receive and confirm EDI orders received from customers
• Schedule delivery and arranging pickup appointments
• Provide routing and freight information as required by customer
• Communicate with sales, warehouse, and office staff to provide all parties the information they need to complete the sales and collect processes
• Research discrepancies with shipments and short paid invoices
• Submit claims for payment

Shipping/Receiving Clerk

Monday – Friday 9:00 am – 5:30 pm

Pay Rate $17 – $18

Enter customer sales orders and process invoices.

Manage out of state customer accounts and assist with house customer accounts

Receive the daily route logs and invoices from the Delivery Drivers
