Job Title: Bi-Lingual Staffing Performance Coordinator

Location: Groveport, OH 43125

Hours: 

• 1st Shift: 7:00am - 4:00pm Monday - Friday (plus overtime before shift)
• Weekend Shift Days: 7:00am - 5:00pm Friday - Sunday (plus overtime before shift & additional days)
• Weekend Shift Nights: 5:00pm - 3:30am Thursday - Sunday (plus overtime before shift & additional days)

Pay Rate: Based on Experience (hourly)

Daily Duties:

• Managing team of temporary associates at distribution centers
• Maintaining recruiting/advertising relationships
• Track, coach & counsel associates on attendance & performance
• Manage timekeeping systems
• Data entry & document management into internal ATS
• Performing safety observations 
• Maintaining and communicating out reporting to client
• Opening job orders and posting positions
• Orientating new starts
• Creating badges
• Additional duties as assigned

Requirements: • Must have Microsoft Office experience - specifically Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint. • Prior lead or supervisor experience. Staffing experience is a plus. • Prior warehouse experience is a plus. • Proven history of good attendance, stable work history & a great attitude! • High School Diploma

Forklift Operator Job Duties:

• Accurately transfer product / parts, both physically and logically, into and/or out of warehouse locations, move products throughout the facility with powered industrial equipment and perform inventory counts as required.
• Read, interpret and accomplish WMS reports, recognize and correct potential process errors before actions adversely affect the customer.
• Trained to recognize “obvious damage” at any point in the warehousing process and knowledge of action taken when discovered.
• Pull orders accurately as assigned
• Stage orders according to carrier location and verify: number of pallets picked as well as stage location
• Prepare Receiving / Storage / Shipping documentation retaining product accountability throughout the logistical process.

Job Description:

• Process and monitor shipping and receiving transactions and documentation (e.g. receipts, bills of lading, orders, confirmation of shipments, etc.)
• Communicate effectively with transportation, OFR, management, co-workers and customers with proper media (phone, email, face-to-face)
• Manage customer information using Warehouse Management System and Microsoft Office tools
• Monitor damaged and/or on-hold product, notify vendors and work with OFRs
• Collaborate with customer on necessary needs, including workflow organization, prompt response timeframes, relationship building and working to accomplish win-win outcomes
