Job Title: Transportation Clerk

Pay Rate: $21.50/HR

Shift:

• Sun - Thurs 5:00pm - 1:30am
• Mon - Fri 10:30am - 7:00pm

Job Description:

• Perform various office and administrative duties to support transportation and logistics operations
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Maintain databases and prepare miscellaneous reports as needed
• Audit driver logs, trip reports, and other DOT-related documentation
• Provide customer service support
• Track and maintain inventory and movement records
• Additional duties as assigned
• Serve as the primary point of communication between office staff, drivers, customers, and management

Requirements:

• Previous administrative, transportation, logistics, or office support experience preferred
• Knowledge of accounts payable/receivable, billing, payroll, and fuel reconciliation processes
• Familiarity with DOT regulations, driver logs, and transportation compliance requirements
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to maintain confidential records and information

Requirements
