• 2nd Shift: 5:00 PM - 3:30 AM

Position Overview

We are seeking experienced Forklift Operators to join our team in Social Circle, GA. Candidates must have a minimum of one year of experience operating a Clamp Truck or Stand-Up Forklift. All new hires will participate in a two-week training program before transitioning to the regular 10-hour shift schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate powered industrial equipment, including:
  • Sit-down forklifts
  • Stand-up forklifts
  • Clamp trucks
  • Order pickers
• Load, unload, move, and store products and materials.
• Transport and stack materials in designated warehouse locations.
• Use RF scanners and related equipment to scan products and print labels.
• Complete required paperwork and utilize inventory management systems.
• Follow product rotation procedures to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Perform cycle counts as required.
• Conduct daily equipment safety inspections using the forklift safety checklist.
• Maintain compliance with SQFI, FDA, customer, and company standards.
• Report safety concerns, incidents, or equipment issues to the supervisor.
• Perform general housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Complete additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of recent experience operating a Clamp Truck or Stand-Up Forklift.
• Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as required.
• Experience with warehouse inventory systems and RF scanning equipment is preferred.
