Large distribution center in the city of Chino is currently hiring Forklift Operators.

Schedule: Monday – Friday + OT as needed

Shifts: 6:00AM-2:30PM , 3:00PM - 11:30 PM

Pay Rate: $22.00

Job Duties:

• Operate powered industrial lift trucks and order pickers to push, pull, lift, stack or move product, equipment and materials

• Use a handheld scanner with a high degree of accuracy

• Load and unload trailers as needed

• Display a commitment to process excellence

• Perform inbound receiving processes

Qualifications:

• 1 year of warehouse experience

• Trained and certified in the safe operation of powered industrial lift trucks

• Availability to work a flexible schedule, with possible overtime when needed

This job requires the ability to:

• Lift 50 lbs. frequently

• Lift objects of various shapes, sizes and weights

• Bend, stoop, squat, twist, push and pull

• Stand, sit or walk for long periods of time

• Use hands and fingers to handle or feel tools or equipment

• Tolerate hot or cold warehouse environments

Document customer interactions in the company CRM system. Escalate complex issues to technical support or management when necessary. Follow company policies regarding refunds, exchanges, and shipping issues. Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to resolve delivery concerns.

Qualifications:

Previous customer service or call center experience preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Computer proficiency, including email and customer support software. Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer requests. Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.

Primary Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift and clamp truck to move, stack, load, and unload materials and finished products.
• Safely handle large paper rolls, packaging materials, pallets, and customer freight.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and proper storage locations.
• Load and unload trucks while minimizing product damage.
• Complete documentation.
• Support warehouse and production operations, including palletizing, wrapping pallets.
