Job Summary
The Customer Service Clerk – Inbound & Outbound is responsible for coordinating, tracking, and supporting daily inbound and outbound shipment activities while providing accurate and timely customer service. This role serves as a key liaison between customers, carriers, drivers, and internal warehouse teams to ensure smooth freight movement and documentation accuracy.
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required; college coursework preferred
- 1+ year of customer service experience (logistics, warehouse, or transportation preferred)
- Experience with inbound and outbound freight coordination a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and warehouse/transportation systems
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
