Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Reach Forklift Operator to support warehouse operations by moving, storing, and retrieving inventory using reach truck equipment. This position plays a key role in maintaining accurate inventory flow and meeting daily productivity goals.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months–1 year reach forklift experience (required or preferred – adjust as needed)

Job Summary

The Customer Service Clerk – Inbound & Outbound is responsible for coordinating, tracking, and supporting daily inbound and outbound shipment activities while providing accurate and timely customer service. This role serves as a key liaison between customers, carriers, drivers, and internal warehouse teams to ensure smooth freight movement and documentation accuracy.

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required; college coursework preferred
  • 1+ year of customer service experience (logistics, warehouse, or transportation preferred)
  • Experience with inbound and outbound freight coordination a plus
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and warehouse/transportation systems
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required
