FTZ Agent Needed in the East Side of El Paso

Pay Rate: $15/hr or DOE

Shift: 2pm – 11pm Monday – Friday *Must be available for overtime if needed

Job Description:

• Provides support with miscellaneous projects, filing and research paperwork associated with orders and maintain the corresponding files.
• Provides warehouse staff with necessary documents and information needed to complete receiving and to ship orders.
• Maintains excellent working relationship with customers by responding to inquiries and complaints concerning work orders, invoices, shipments, inventory counts. Etc. in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Report’s customer feedback to management, including any signs of customer dissatisfaction.
• Acts as liaison between the warehouse and the customer in administration of accounts and between the office and the customer regarding invoicing and credit changes.
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operational system
• Track and Trace files and reporting
• Ensure arrival notices are communicated to customers
• Interact with our customers in arranging their international shipments, meeting customer service standards
• Deliver communications, timely responses to emails and requests (internal and external)

• Excellent Time-management skills

• Obtains copy of production schedule or shipping order and transports material or equipment to and from designated areas in the facility
• Moving goods packed on pallets around the warehouse facility
• Stacking goods and following inventory control instructions.
• Checking loads are secure
• Stacking empty pallets
• Performing daily equipment checks
• Examining products to verify conformance to quality standard
• Operate the forklift standup and/or cherrypicker
• Audit and verify incoming material
• Cycle Count
• Supervise Inventory Department
