Job Duties:

Pay based on experience and shift differential up to $23 per hour.

Position Summary: Responsible for issuance, review and maintenance of all batch records. Duties include but not limited to: Receive, understand and follow all written and oral instructions.

Communicate all concerns and other work related issues to Supervisor/Manager. Comply with all company policies and procedures including safety and attendance requirements.

Complete all paperwork and maintain all files associated with the position. Participate in performance improvement measures and tasks.

Issues batch records based on requests from Planning. Must assign a sequential lot number and record in the Finished Product log. Fills out component requirements for all batch records.

Reviews all finished batch records for completeness and accuracy. Responsible for ensuring that any corrections or omissions are taken care of in a timely manner.

After release by the QA Supervisor/Manager, ensures that the Shipping Department is notified that the product is released for Distribution. Any additional projects assigned by Supervisor/Manager.
