Employbridge is seeking Picker, Packer, & Inventory to join our warehouse team in West Chester, Ohio. In this role, you will be responsible for pulling and packing inventory, preparing orders for shipment, and ensuring accuracy and efficiency in warehouse operations.

Pay and Shifts

• Pay Rate: Starts at $17.50 per hour

• Shifts Available:

  • 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

  • 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM

Job Duties

• Manage pick ticket orders and pull items from warehouse shelves

• Ensure orders are accurate and properly staged for delivery

• Pack products, shrink wrap pallets, and load trucks for shipment

• Operate RF scanners to track and manage inventory

• Assist with stock replenishment and product storage as needed

• Maintain productivity, quality, and safety standards

• Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience preferred

• Experience with RF scanners a plus

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently

• Ability to stay on feet for long periods of time, including walking and climbing steps

• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness

• Positive attitude, reliable attendance, and willingness to learn

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Must be able to work up to 10 hours a day

• Safely operate electric OPRs, reach trucks, turrets, and cherry pickers

• Pick single-line items from racks and replenish products in pick modules

• Put product away using proper equipment and techniques

• Successfully complete and pass an EO assessment

• Maintain productivity, safety, and quality standards

• Follow warehouse procedures and maintain housekeeping

• Bring strong attendance, a positive attitude, and the ability to learn

• Understand that you will not be on a forklift the entire shift; other warehouse tasks will be required

Summary:
Conduct quality audits of production and packaging processes to ensure compliance with company standards, FDA regulations, and GMP guidelines. Report deviations, document non-compliance, and support corrective actions. Collaborate with production teams and maintain accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform audits and equipment verifications (e.g., metal detectors, x-ray, scales).
• Review operator documentation for quality compliance.
• Report and document deviations and housekeeping issues.
• Ensure adherence to SQF, HACCP, FQP, and GMP standards.
• Support training and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain product identity, purity, strength, and quality.

  Shift - 1^st (Monday - Friday, 7am-3:30pm)

  Shift - 2^nd (Monday - Friday, 3pm - 11:30pm)

  Shift - 3^rd (Sunday night - Thursday night, 11pm - 7:30am)

Job Requirements:

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma required; BS in Food Science preferred.
• 1+ year experience in QA/QC in food or dietary supplement manufacturing.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and food safety practices.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and cross-functionally.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs; frequent standing and walking (approx. 85% of shift); use of PPE required.
