2nd B: W-Sa: 330p – 2 am     Location: Independence Ky off Mount Zion road. 

Job Overview

Responsible for loading and unloading freight accurately, inventory control, rotation and inspection and other warehouse related duties. Assist the Supervisor and Manager maintain the operations of the warehouse facility by acting as Forklift driver and general laborer, properly and efficiently, completing your delegated assignments while communicating concerns to your leads and supervisors in this transparent warehouse culture.

What will you enjoy doing (duties/tasks)

• Communicate work area needs and issues to shift Lead
• Identify system or process issues and communicate those to your Lead
• Unload inbound and outbound containers and sort according to size of freight and destination.
• Stock and Pick freight in the racks.

Job Requirements:

• Generally prefer 6 months -2 years experience on stand up reach truck within 5yrs.
• 7 year clean background
• Good work ethic and behavior
• Pass a drug screen urinalysis
• Be able to train on first shift for up to two weeks.
• Be able to lift 40lbs
• Ability to adhere to a strict attendance policy

Job Duties:

Proficiently runs and coordinates daily operation of Mogul equipment according to company guidelines and quality standards. Mogul room is where everything gets cooked. They have 2 kitchens, the shake out (this adds the oil or sugar to all the candy/vitamins) and the pack out. The mogul is a hot room, this room never stops operating. At the mogul room you can get placed at either, building boxes, putting the bags in the boxes, putting candy/vitamins into a 20-pound box, sealing the bag, labeling the box, putting zip-tie on the bag, or stacking the finished product.

Job Overview

Work with material and product clients to resolve issues involving missing, damaged and incorrect shipments. Assisting in the organization of third party projects. Communicating professionally and accurately over high visibility email chains.

• This is an entry-level position. Warehousing, Computer and Multi department management preferred. 
• Good interpersonal skills required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Use of RF (bar-code scan) devices preferred.
• Assertive communicator with the ability to delegate orders.
• Ability to resolve problems regarding order status.
• Ability to multitask under time constraints and stressful/fast pace situations.
• Stand up Forklift preferred.
