Job Description: 

- Directs, leads and monitors production line staff to ensure quality of product meets expectations. - Communicates constantly with packaging operators regarding work orders requirements, operational issues, and productivity. - Oversees all changeovers to ensure they are performed in a safe and efficient manner. -Ensures all productivity of the label machine and changes out labels as needed. - Identifies operational concerns and communicates with production supervisor and maintenance technicians. - Continuously checks product to ensure specified requirements are met and pulls damaged product from the line. - Completes production kits and required paperwork in a timely manner. - Analyzes and resolves production line issues, or assists line workers in solving issues. - Communicates with forklift operator regarding replenishment needs. - Ensures a clean and safe work environment. Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent. - Prior experience working on a product line in a fast-paced environment. - Good leadership skills and ability to prioritize projects. - Attention to detail and quality control. - Ability to understand, enforce and follow company policies and procedures. - Ability to stand for extended periods of time. - Good prior attendance and punctuality record.

Job Duties: 

Will operate Cherry Picker to pick orders from racks with truck and by foot RF scanner utilization. Inspecting forklifts and writing reports/ documents. Clean building PIT experience required. Several different pieces of equipment on the floor: Pacer Truck, cherry picker, reach truck.

Job Requirements:

• Available to work overtime when necessary
• Excellent attendance is crucial
• Steel toes or composite shoes required
