Different shifts available - 

3rd shift (Monday-Friday) 11:00pm to 7:30am - Pay rate: $21.50/hr

Weekend night shift (Saturday and Sunday) 7:00pm to 7:30am - Pay rate: $23.89/hr

Essential Job Functions

• Performs data entry, and prepares standard reports & spreadsheets

• Collects, organizes, records, and files information.

• Performs Rating & Billing duties

• Ability to operate standard office equipment including fax, copier, personal computer, scanners, etc.

• Ability to comprehend written and verbal instructions.

• Good computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Communication and client service skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking, hands-on environment

• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Two or more years clerical experience
• Knowledge and experience in the logistics industry is a plus.
• Previous stand-up forklift reach truck experience 
• Screening results are required prior to starting the assignment.

Responsible for receipt of all inbound materials, sorting and separating as needed to facilitate efficient and accurate storing of received items. Verifying items for accuracy, ensuring all receipts are confirmed against BOL's and ASN'S.

• Ability to read, comprehend and complete basic checklists, forms or other related documents.

• Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner.

Job Requirements:

2nd shift Monday-Friday 3pm-11:30pm, plus OT

Pay rate: $23.00/hr.

You will provide administrative and clerical support to the traffic operations, such as: 

• Log into customer portals and schedule trucks.
• Communicate with trucking companies via phone/email regarding shipments and pick-ups.
• Load trucks.
• Label shipments.
• Track shipments when necessary.
• Load trucks with either a Pacer truck or a reach truck. 

Job Requirements:

• Logistics background is required
• Comfortable working on a fast pace environment
• Microsoft office previous experience is required. Excel is highly preferred. 
• SAP and Printer previous experience required.
