We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Inventory Control Associate to support warehouse operations. This position is responsible for cycle counting, inventory accuracy, shipping and receiving activities, order pulling, and maintaining organized warehouse aisles. The ideal candidate will have experience operating powered industrial equipment and working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • Process shipping and receiving transactions.
  • Pull and stage customer orders accurately.
  • Align and organize pallets within warehouse aisles.
  • Verify product quantities and locations.
  • Assist with inventory audits and physical counts.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
  • Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse policies.
  • Support daily warehouse operations as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Previous inventory control experience preferred.
  • Experience with cycle counting and inventory management.
  • Shipping and receiving experience required.
  • Order pulling and warehouse organization experience.

Responsibilities

  • Set up, start, operate, and monitor Core and Jacket machinery in accordance with established operating procedures.
  • Handle raw materials, including fiberglass insulation products, while following safety and quality standards.
  • Monitor production equipment to ensure safe operation, optimal performance, and product quality.
