Job Summary:
We’re looking for a reliable and skilled Sit-Down Forklift Operator to join our team! The ideal candidate will have prior forklift experience and thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You’ll play an important role in supporting daily operations, ensuring materials are received, stored, and shipped accurately and safely.

Responsibilities:

• Operate sit-down, reach, and stand-up forklifts safely and efficiently

• Load and unload trucks and move materials throughout the warehouse

• Perform receiving and inventory-related processes accurately

• Prepare shipments for transport (pick, wrap, label, and provide pallet dimensions/weights)

• Communicate effectively with customer service representatives and supervisors on daily priorities

• Handle both RF and non-RF inventory transactions

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Follow all safety and operational guidelines

Reach Truck Responsibilities

• Accurately transfer product / parts, both physically and logically, into and/or out of warehouse locations, move products throughout the facility with powered industrial equipment and perform inventory counts as required.
• Read, interpret and accomplish WMS reports, recognize and correct potential process errors before actions adversely affect the customer.
• Trained to recognize “obvious damage” at any point in the warehousing process and knowledge of action taken when discovered.
• Pull orders accurately as assigned
• Stage orders according to carrier location and verify: number of pallets picked as well as stage location
• Prepare Receiving / Storage / Shipping documentation retaining product accountability throughout the logistical process.
• Aware of and follows location and work center Safety and Security policies and procedures.
• Position may require lifting of 40-60lbs.
• Performs housekeeping duties and other duties as assigned
