Employbridge is hiring several LOGISTICS CUSTOMER SERVICE associates. (must have logistics experience)

Location: Flowery Branch, GA

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM

Pay: $20+/hour

Position Type: Full-Time, On-Site (Not Remote)

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and enter customer orders accurately.
• Provide order status, delivery updates, and freight information.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely shipments.
• Create invoices, shipping documents, and freight quotes.
• Process returns, credits, and freight claims.
• Maintain accurate customer and inventory records.
• Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email.
• Support inventory accuracy and customer satisfaction initiatives.
• Resume required.

Shifts: 1st and 2nd OT Required

Pay rate: $17.50-$18.50

Job Duties:

• Picking customer orders accurately
• Packing products for shipment
• Sorting, labeling, and preparing products for delivery
• Shipping and receiving duties
• Inventory and quality control checks
• Adhere to the 7S program and Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Load and unload material within a warehouse or storage facility

Requirements: Experience operating material handling equipment. This job requires the ability to: - Lift up to 50 lbs. - Stand sit or walk for long periods of time - Lift objects of various shapes sizes and weights - Bend stoop squat twist push and pull - Use hands and fingers to handle or feel tools or equipment - Tolerate hot or cold warehouse environments - Availability to work a flexible schedule with possible overtime when needed - Experience using a handheld scanner - Positive attitude and the ability to work on a team to achieve goals and objectives
