Operations Lead in Mesquite            

Pay $22-26

Job Summary: Our company is looking for an experienced Operations Lead who can supervise and lead an assigned team through the daily activities in the warehouse to ensure smooth operations and efficient completion of projects.   

 

Duties/Responsibilities: 

    • Lead in managing and coordinating the daily operations of the warehouse to include shipping, receiving, and inventory management. 
    • Ensure the warehouse is clean and organized and the safety protocols are followed. 
    • Studies daily shipment schedule, establishes or adjusts work procedures to meet shipping deadlines. 
    • Assigns job functions to the team. 
    • Communicate operational change up the chain that impacts daily work requirements. 
    • Recommends measures to improve production methods, quality, or work and suggests changes to increase efficiency.
    • Support the supervisor in the development of employees.
    • Work with key stakeholders to ensure that the necessary equipment is available and in working order to complete assignments.
    • Verifies that outgoing deliveries meet company quality standards. 
    • Keep team members informed about regulations, policies, and objectives. 
    • Assists supervisors in performance management. 
    • Proactively works in achieving the organizational objectives. 
    • Performs other related duties as assigned. 
    • Proactively works to assist others in achieving the organizations objectives.

Education and Experience: 


    • High school diploma or equivalent.
    • 2 years of related experience required.
    • Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required.

 

Physical Requirements:  


    • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time. 
    • Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time. 
    • Must be able to access and navigate the production facility.
