Responsible:

Processing shipments, data entry, routing, tracking/tracing, and all related activities for assigned base of accounts. The individual will have contact with clients, carriers, and potential clients daily, responds to emails, booking shipments, tracking & tracking, etc. They will be primarily involved with Ocean Imports. He/she must be proactive in providing quality client service  in a timely and affective manner.

Now Hiring in Irving!! Facility Coordinator

Monday -Friday 8am-5pm Pays $20.00

This role consists of communicating with drivers that are picking up or dropping off shipments, getting the drivers signed in to our system, validating what the driver is here for based on PO or reference numbers and working with the internal team to assign the driver a door to be loaded or unloaded.

Job Requirements:

• Plan and scheduling delivers
•  Serve as the primary point of contact between drivers, customers, and the company
• Ability to address and resolve any issues or emergencies that arise during transportation
• Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities
• Prepare and review reports
• Communicate with customers to confirm delivery times, address inquiries, and resolve any issues or complaints.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.

Warehouse in Irving is now hiring for Product Testers

Monday - Friday 8 am - 4:30 pm 19/hr

Works with material handler to load materials on a testing line. Will  escalates more complex issues to subject matter experts as needed. - Identifies common problems and documents best practices. - Provides incident management and communication to our client. - Other duties as assigned
