Objective

The Custom Fulfillment Operator supports the Configuration Services Facility (CFS) by ensuring devices and related orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule. This role focuses on order execution, device handling, and workflow tracking within the warehouse environment to meet customer commitments.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Process and handle customer devices through all stages of the workflow.
• Perform basic auto-provisioning, etching, troubleshooting, configuration, and quality checks on PC devices.
• Track and update device status as it moves through various warehouse stages and locations.
• Support order fulfillment by managing and prioritizing large volumes of freight and devices.
• Ensure all work is performed in compliance  standards, timelines, and service level agreements (SLAs).
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment within the facility.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for processes, standards, and workflows.
• Adapt to a high-pressure environment and meet tight deadlines during peak cycles.

Critical Skills & Qualifications

• Well dressed and presentable as we host client tours.
• Strong technical knowledge of client devices (laptops, notebooks and tablets).
• Working knowledge of PC configuration and warehouse operations.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage large volumes of orders effectively.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Shifts and Pay Rates:

1st shift: 6:30am-3pm  $16.50hr

Using pick lists or handheld computer instructions, remove material from stock to be moved to the order fill area.

Load products into designated packages or on pallets based on order requirements, verifying counts and capturing data as required using barcode scanner and manual input to the system.

Complete packaging of orders following established packaging guidelines. Apply labels and insert documents on the shipment.

Perform shipment transactions on outgoing orders while verifying shipment counts and packaging integrity.

Prepare shipment documents and works with carrier to ensure accurate loading and marking.

Must demonstrate flexibility with regard to assignments, overtime and business needs
