We are looking for someone who has small engine repair experience in the Greensboro area!!

The ideal candidate will need to understand lawn mowers and generators (mechanically inclined) plus has customer service experience. Knowing how to fix them and being able to explain over the phone to potential customer.

• Inventory Control: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records by documenting material movements and updating the inventory management system. Primary Focus 

Optimize production processes using industrial engineering analysis, support the test process , and manage New Product Introduction (NPI) from concept to production. This requires supporting the design of resources, labor requirements, and tooling needed for manufacturing:

• Introduce new products (NPI) to manufacturing and manage the transition to mass production, acting as a liaison between engineering and operations. 
• Conduct process audits , quality audits on the lines, and perform visual and physical inspection checking products for visible issues. 
• Analyze samples and conduct Time and motion studies of manufacturing processes to support line balancing and efficiency. 
• Prepare and update process documentation (LOB, Procedures, SFC, Training, and Layouts), often using Autocad.

• Lead and direct continuous improvement projects using Lean Six Sigma tools.
