Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00AM – 5:00PM

Pay Rate: $19.50/hr

Key Responsibilities

• Review, verify, and process weekly labor hours for accuracy
• Conduct new hire orientations and assist with onboarding documentation
• Update daily and weekly management reports with prior-day performance metrics
• Place and track supply orders (Amazon, Uline, etc.) to support administrative and facility needs
• Provide general administrative support to warehouse leadership as required

Qualifications

• Previous administrative assistant experience required; warehouse or distribution environment preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and general reporting tools
