• Assemble transmissions for several car companies (Chrystler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, etc)
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Meet or exceed quality, productivity, and cost standards
• Operate equipment efficiently and safely
• Perform all quality checks

As an Assembly Operator you will perform a wide variety of manufacturing and assembly operations by following specific work instructions. Responsible for component assembly in relays and switches for the aerospace industry.

Shifts & Pay:

• 1st Shift:  Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm @ $17.61/hr
• 2nd Shift:  Monday-Friday, 3:00pm-11:30pm @ $19.37/hr
• 3rd Shift:  Monday-Friday, 10:00pm-6:30am @ $19.37/hr
• Most shifts have OT available (work 10 hours/day and/or on Saturdays) as needed.

Assembly Operator Responsibilities: 

• Follow work instructions to manufacture quality products per Standard Operating Procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Inspection of own work using quality standards and work instructions.
• Conduct pull tests as needed for particular operations.
• Measure components using calipers, gages, or other measuring devices.
• Inspect product to print.
• Complete necessary operational paperwork required to maintain the traceability of product.
• May troubleshoot and perform minor repairs to equipment.
• Perform all other work-related duties as assigned.
• Read and perform tasks according to drawings.
• Follow safety standards and policies.

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Minimum one year experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Basic computer skills preferred.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to interpret product blueprints preferred.

• Experience with using measuring devices (gages, calipers, etc.) preferred.
• Available to work overtime to support production goals as needed.
• Must be able to move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.

• Must be able to operate machinery.

• Pick and pull materials for orders
