Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 months recent experience on Sit Down Forklift (propane or electric)
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Knowledge of proper forklift safety skills
• Basic math and reading comprehension skills
• Attention to details
• Experience working in a distribution center or warehouse

Job Responsibilities:

• Follow safety guidelines
• Loading / unloading trailers a plus
• Use handheld scanners or onboard computers
• Follow warehouse systems and processes
• Consistently meet productivity standards

• Job Title: Stand-Up Forklift Operator
• Location: Hayward, CA
• Full-Time | Monday-Friday | Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM 
• Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) + benefits

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Stand-Up Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team in Hayward, CA. The ideal candidate will have proven forklift experience, strong attention to safety, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a stand-up forklift to load, unload, move, and stack materials.
• Transport pallets, products, and materials throughout the warehouse.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report any mechanical issues.
• Assist with general warehouse tasks, including palletizing, staging, and organizing inventory.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.
