Job Requirements:

• 3 months recent experience working in a distribution center or warehouse a plus
• Able to work 8, 10 or 12 hours shifts
• Able to carry, twist, push, pull products and lift up to 50 lbs
• Able to stand, walk and bend for the entire shift
• Experience working with technology – RF scanners, warehouse computers a plus
• Able to follow written and verbal work instructions
• Able to count accurately

?? Inventory Specialist – Beverage Distribution Company
?? Richmond, CA | ?? Full-Time | M–F | 7:00 AM Start

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to join our team at a fast-paced beverage distribution facility in Richmond, CA. This role supports warehouse operations by maintaining accurate inventory counts and ensuring product is stored and tracked correctly.

? What You’ll Do
Perform daily cycle counts and ensure accurate inventory tracking
Monitor product movement and update inventory systems
Assist with receiving, storing, and locating product
Research and resolve inventory discrepancies
Maintain organized storage locations and warehouse layout
Support warehouse and shipping/receiving operations as needed

Job Requirements:

?? Requirements
1+ year experience in inventory, warehouse operations, or logistics
Ability to lift and move products up to 50 lbs
RF scanner or WMS experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
Forklift experience required (Stand-Up, Sit-Down, Reach, or EPJ)

Different Schedules

1:00pm-9:30pm

8:00pm-4:30am 

Key Responsibilities:
Sort incoming and outgoing shipments based on destination and routing codes.
Scan packages using handheld RF scanners.
Load and unload packages from conveyor belts, trucks, or pallets.
Ensure that all packages are handled carefully to prevent damage.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
Communicate any issues or discrepancies to supervisors.
Meet daily performance and accuracy targets.

Warehouse setting with variable temperatures.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous warehouse or sorting experience is a plus but not required.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

About the Role

Select Staffing is hiring an experienced Drayage Dispatcher to manage daily container movements, driver dispatching, port/rail appointments, and real-time communication. This role requires strong decision-making, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced harbor/intermodal environment.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch and route drivers for port/rail moves, live loads, drop & pulls, street turns, and empty returns.

• Book/manage port and rail appointments; track cutoffs, LFDs, and return deadlines.

• Communicate load details through Trinium and SMS; escalate delays, holds, or yard issues.

• Monitor Samsara HOS, safety alerts, and compliance (TWIC, hazmat, overweight permits).

• Manage chassis usage, equipment needs, and coordinate with maintenance.

• Ensure accurate EDI/API updates, PODs, and billing accessorials.

• Review per diem/chassis invoices and submit disputes.

Working Conditions

• Fast-paced terminal office with occasional yard exposure.

• Primarily desk-based; occasional lifting up to 25 lbs.

• Night shift with rotating early/late hours and monthly on-call duty.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of drayage or intermodal dispatch experience.

• Strong knowledge of Trinium TMS; eModal/PierPass experience preferred.

• Understanding of DOT/FMCSA rules, CARB compliance, AB5, and HOS.

• Tech-savvy with Samsara devices and basic troubleshooting.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; TWIC or HazMat a plus.
