Pay: $22-$28/hr.  

• 2:30pm to 11:00pm, plus OT when needed
• Resume and interview required at company location 

Job Duties

• The Production Lead is responsible for leading a team of associates to achieve a variety of facility goals including,
• Maintaining a safe work environment
• Productivity
• Quality
• Customer satisfaction
• Employee engagement and development
• Problem resolution
• Drive process changes
• Work closely with upper management to ensure operational excellence and overall facility success
• Job coaching to increase productivity and improve quality (understanding of production data)
• Provide support to Meritor-Cummins Operation Leaders
• Safety initiatives to drive the reduction of accidents
• Identify challenges and resolve them on the floor

Job Requirements:

• Previous lead/supervisor experience
• Warehouse experience
• Experience with the creation or editing of Work Instructions
• PIT certified (reach, cherry, pacer) preferred (must be willing to become certified if not already)
• Excellent communication skills
• Bilingual (preferred)
