We are seeking an experienced Shipping & Receiving Lead to join our team in Baytown, TX. This role is ideal for a motivated and detail-oriented professional with a strong background in shipping, receiving, and forklift operations. As a lead, you will oversee dock activities, ensure accurate documentation, and help drive efficiency in a fast-paced warehouse logistics environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring accuracy in storage, handling, and documentation.
• Manage inventory and maintain organized records of packaged materials.
• Lead, train, and support a team by conducting pre-shift briefings and ensuring punctuality and productivity.

The Reach Truck Operator is responsible for operating a stand-up reach truck to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count product.

Responsible for operating heavy moving equipment, selecting the correct products from warehouse racking and delivering product to/from the dock and production lines in a safe and efficient manner.

Reach Truck Operator is accountable for the safe and efficient operation of the vehicle.

The person they need needs to be an expert and quick with using a tape measure for cuts because they will be operating a steel beam cutting saw. Specifically a Non-Miter Dual Column Saw from HEM.

Shift: This position will be day shift, but the ops manager would prefer they be flexible and open to work both night or day. 

Pay: $19-20/hr for entry, $21-22/hr for two years of experience 

Heavy Duty Forklift Operator needed in Baytown!

Looking for a Certified Heavy duty Forklift Operator who can navigate a heavy load up to 44 ft wide and 36000 lb. capacity. Must have a minimum 2 years of experience. The position will require you to move, stack and store a variety of product/material using a 36,000lb capacity forklift in the yard area. Load/unload material for shipment + Inspect the equipment daily.

This is an 8 hour shift, Evening shift, Monday to Friday, high potential for overtime. 2pm to midnight.

Pay $18 - $22/hr, max pay is for those with 2 years or more of experience.
